Knife-wielding suspects sparks safety concerns on Vanderbilt campus (View original article here) The campus of Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN, were shocked as reports spread of a man reportedly chasing students with a knife, it was revealed by Vanderbilt police the suspect has a criminal history and was previously warned by the law enforcement for trespassing, arrest records show. FOX 17 News were told by students that they were never alerted about the incidents. Metro Police say Kiracuras Johnson chased students with a knife early Sunday morning at the Wyatt Center. He faces charges of criminal trespassing and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Trisollini, being a native from Camden, spoke to club members about his personal relationship with martial arts even from an early age, and the lessons he learned from it that helped shape his lifestyle. “I started martial arts when I was 6 years old,” said Trisollini. “The typical, 80s-90s kid that watched Karate Kid and wanted to do it.   State police investigating the deaths of couple in Fordyce (View original Article here) A death of an elderly couple in Fordyce has caused state police to open up an ongoin g investigation, stirring up the local authorities.  On September 15th, around 11 a.m., Deputies from the Dallas County Sheriff’s Department (DCSO), along with other officers from the department responded to a call of two unresponsive people inside their home on the 1700 block of West 4th street. When officers arrived on the scene, the bodies were discovered to be an elderly couple, that of David Parham, 81, and Holly Parham, 70. Both were residents of Fordyce with the county coroner pronouncing them dead at the scene.   (Broadcast reporting of the event) The Arkansas State Police Criminal Investigation Division is opening up an investigation at the request of The Dallas County Sheriff’s Department.
